- plot size 1147 sqm To be built on a highway joining Kigali and Bugesera International Airport, this project proposes single bedroom apartments with offices on the ground floor. In addition, there is also a luxury villa that can host families. The composition is made up of a repeated module proportioned to the width of each apartment, creating rhythmic and,interesting elevations. Moreover, Local bricks— perforated with ‘imigongo’ traditional patterns— were used to express the Rwandan culture
